The goal of the Charitable Association is to spend all funds received through fund raising activities in ways that will directly enhance the academic, athletic, cultural or other extracurricular activities of youth in the Skagit Valley.
The Association wishes to support those young people who display leadership, commitment, discipline and a desire to succeed. They will most likely be our future leaders. We want our investment to help those who are benefited to become better citizens, neighbors and future benefactors. DEADLINE: POSTMARKED BY MAY 1st OF THE YEAR OF APPLICATION.
