Thank you for your interest in learning more about Rotary!

Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps build goodwill and peace in the world.

Approximately 1.3 million Rotarians belong to more than 33,000 Rotary clubs located in 166 countries. With the 50th anniversary of the declaration of Dr. Jonas Salk's vaccine as safe and effective, Rotary members worldwide praise this achievement, which helped lay the groundwork for the current effort to eradicate polio worldwide.

The FOUR basic principles guide Rotarians in achieving the ideal of service and high ethical standards:

  • Object of Rotary
  • Classification Principle
  • Avenues of Service
  • The 4-Way Test
